Pool Construction Steps

Guiding you every step of the way!

Meeting, Design, Contract & HOA Permit

First step is a meeting to discuss your dream pool, budget, options, taking some yard measurements and receiving your home survey. With all the information gathered, a design is carefully created and reviewed to perfection to ensure it meets your every need and want. Based on this design and your chosen materials your estimate is created and after careful review a contract is signed to begin your project. The very next step is sending all the required paperwork to your HOA or city authorities to receive approval for construction.

Excavation, Structural Steel, Electrical & Plumbing

Your pool construction will start with 3 main steps:
The dig or excavation of all the hole where your future oasis will live. The structural steel is then installed to shape your pool, seats and spa. Then, pluming & electric work are completed.
By the time these steps are completed, you can see how your pool will look, in a kind of black and white picture.

Concrete, Tile,  Decking & Water Features

After a coat of concrete on the entire pool, the crews begin to install all the beautiful materials you chose for your project including the coping and waterline. Water features are also installed and all decking is completed.

Your project now has color and you can almost feel the splash already!
